Weren't Rotherham interested also?
-
In:

Out:
Turner (loan, Conf.)
Micah Richards to West Ham on loan.

After the 2-3 win at Sheffield Utd a few years back, my mate and I had a nut-job come up to us outside the away end and asked us for a scrap. He followed us up the street so I approached one of the long line of coppers on the same road. He stared right through me and wouldn't give us time of day. Wankers.
-
Could do with bulking up a bit.
-
He started and played the full 90 minutes for Cambridge today. Beat Carlisle 5-0.
-
-
And Leeds fans were singing that crazy Italian bastard Cellino's name before he took over.
-
Unbelievable.

I once got called a :censored: at AFC Telford.

Don't like all these 'sudden' Man City. It was great to see them overtake Man Utd, but since then they've started to get on my tats also.
It would have been nice to see what the rivalry with Rochdale would have been like, if we had played each over more than a handful of times over the last 17 years.

No bacon butties though.
Joke. Please don't boo him.
-
Oh, and Celtic & Newcastle.
I :censored:ing hate them.
Yeah, definitely Celtic.
-
Man Utd
MK Dons
Then maybe Leeds, Huddersfield, who we had a good local League 1 rivalry until they rudely got promoted. Can't say I truly hate Tranmere as we've a scarily amount in common.

Supporters can buy tickets from Doncaster but are recommended to buy in advance to avoid queuing on the day.
What's misleading about that?
Cheers for the info Fergie, but I think I'll give the Brewers Fayre a miss and stick to the decent pubs in town that I know and take a risk on the queue.
Any recommendations? Not entirely sure I'm looking forward to the game itself, but the booze-up should be good.

I liked the highlight of Forte running back to the half way line.
-
Think Corney was getting at the income from the new stand would lift us from being a bottom club in League 1.
-
Kelly has been poor, but has shown signs. I expected him to be a lot better come October.
-
The ticket office is next to the away turnstiles, but it's often got a long queue due to it only having a couple of staff on.
-
I'd much rather watch a JPT game for a tenner than sit at home pulling my pud to Coronation Street or doing the dishes.
-
I cant say I agree with Johnson's assessment.
"We bossed the game from start to finish" - eh?
"Keep playing like that and we will shoot up the league"
- keep playing like that for the first 20 mins anf we will be 2/3 down vs some teams.
I loved the "as far as I'm concerned, we won the game, just drew it on the scoreboard" comment.
Let's hope we actually 'win' on Saturday.

IMO, and its clearly just that; mine - he needs to stop fannying about with his tactics and formations, settle on one (hopefully 4-4-2) and keep with it. 4 games in and we've had 7 or 8 different ones played so far. Its madness...
Amen brudda.

I'd guess that the old guard are dying off quicker than new blood are joining.
That pretty much sums it up. We're not going to attract the same number of young fans we did pre- the Premier League TV deal era.

Had a terrible first 30 minutes or so but picked it up after that.
Elokobi, Wilson, Forte decent.
Danny Philliskirk looks a lot happier in his natural position.
Morgan-Smith looked good.
Referee terrible.
Can't comment on the stewards in the paddock because were all good boys and girls.

I get the feeling this team is going to be very Jekyll and Hyde this season. God knows what'll happen tomorrow.
That's my input.
