    A bit worried that the defence was so shakey second half, but hopefully some of that will be nailed-out this week in training. Perhaps a 3-5-2 will be looked at more. I reckon we can get something out of next Saturday's game, I don't think Leyton Orient will be as strong this season as some people think.

    He's definitely earned a prominent role in the squad, however as with Connor Brown I think the newcomers to the squad will get first dibs to a starting spot (Rightly or wrongly).

    Would think that'll be his best XI for the start of the season, and I agree regarding Connor Brown, however I reckon LJ has more trust in Brian Wilson, and won't want to bench I'm (unless he has a complete 'mare). Don't always like Dayton on RW though, as he always has to cut-in on his left foot, and can be quite predictable for defenders.

    Yup, agree with all this. People can agree/disagree/moan about the choice of colour until they're blue in the face, but you can't deny it's a bit naff that they've stuck a Latics badge on a bog standard shirt and want to charge us £40 for it. But we've jumped in bed with the devil, and this is the price you have to pay sometimes. Not the end of the world, but we'll just have to grin and bare it I'm afraid.
