    I'm not sure what the international rights are but over here you can watch highlights on the Sky Sports website a couple of days after each game. If not you can sign up to Latics Player on the website for about £3 a month which has highlights as well as live audio commentary of every game, as well as interviews etc..

    Rooney said on his LP interview it's a two year deal with a third if we get promoted. So well just call it three years!

    I think we should forget about Rooney, he's not done anything wrong but we're covered up front in my opinion! I'll be pretty concerned if we haven't signed a CB come next Saturday!

    If the others are scoring then I haven't got a problem, I think LJ is willing to put trust in the younger players that Dickov never had so he should get a fair chance. Going off pre season reports so far JCH is leading the pack at the moment!

    With Clarke-Harris, MacDonald, Baxter and hopefully Rooney fighting it out for places, and all OUR players, our attacking options are a million miles ahead of what they were this time last season. It's great not having to worry about a player's loan being extended in January for once!

    I haven't really thought about were we will finish, I just want some improvement, something to be positive about and a team that tries to play the right way! I don't expect LJ to transform us in to title challengers in his first season.

    If it is Smith + Wes, I doubt Mellor will have to wait long to get his chance, with Wes' injury record.

    As Prozac says, going off the end of last season and the way LJ has talked about Mellor, I think he'll start the season in midfield. I'm not convinced Wes will be here come the start of the season tbh.

    From the sounds of the Chronicle article, an enquiry hasn't even been made yet, I doubt we'll be the only club looking to take him on loan!
