  1. One thing that impressed me about LJ's initial interview was that he claimed that he always gives 100%.

    Not 110%.

Because you can't :censored:ing put in 110%. That's more than everything so it doesn't make any :censored:ing sense. It's a :censored:ing stupid thing to say. It's not funny. It's not clever. You got that, Shearer?

Generally nothing wrong with 110%, it just means a 10% increase, it just needs to be qualified.

"The lads gave 110% effort compared to Saturday"

"The lads gave 110%" Sheareresque nonsense.

  2. Can't imagine Roy on Player coping with that name too well either!

He just needs a snappy nickname, how about JAuahasgdhhy.

I'm having a few problems working his name into any song lyrics.

He's here he's there he's every :censored:ing where Jauahasgddhy, Jauahasgddhy

Quite a good Estonian player, printing costs for his shirt could be prohibitive.

  4. The old re-election system protected clubs from relegation for years, Rochdale, Tramps and Stockport benefited IIRC (just learned that one). It is now basically division 5. Maybe there should be 3 clubs down and up, promotion and relegation is very lob sided in L2. As time goes by many of those former league clubs will come back.

It's the circle of life, I believe there are only a couple of clubs in the Championship that haven't been in the prem. No promotion means that a few clubs have been in the top flight for ages. It must be boring being stuck in one division for years.

  5. Apologies for the rant in that case. I obviously misunderstood the tone of your post.

Instead of surveillance, why not try snipers? .

Touchy subject for me. As I posted on here at the time I came home the first Everton game to find my house burgled, I have been disappointed with the police attitude. When they rang me to tell me my case was closed I asked if that meant they had caught them, cue laughter down the line.

    Snipers hmmmmmm. :pow:

  6.

Police bashing posts like this really get on my :censored:ing tits.

Magic Mikey, do you honestly think that if a passing police patrol saw somebody breaking into a car they'd simply ignore it, keep driving, and then go and set up a speed trap somewhere instead? Really? How about blaming the scumbag that did it instead of the police for not stopping him do it?

Perhaps you and Monty Burns could run for Police Commisioner next time round and then you could pay for a couple of bobbies to stand on Westhulme Avenue all night. Oh, hang on, that'd mean actually doing something constructive rather than spouting utter bollocks on here.

And i'm sorry to hear about your car Sarah. Like you say though, had we been beaten as well, you'd be really pissed off  .

I didn't say that. There has been an attitude expressed on this thread of why even bother reporting it to the police. Anecdotally we know they will do :censored: all. My point is, if they can set speed traps why not put surveillance on a crime hot spot during match time and catch the little twats?
