Completely the wrong decision. Kaka did nowt wrong. In fact, Keita had no reason to run into Kaka, and shouldn't have gone down grabbing his face like he had been shot. He should have got booked for fouling Kaka, and then got booked again for feigning injury! (ok, maybe I am overstating it, but he shout have deffo been booked for feigning injury. And he definitely had no reason to run into Kaka.)

We were awful, as Ack said, it's our inability to keep hold of the ball. A couple of people on this thread have called Joe Cole "world class." He isn't. Not by a long shot. If he was, Carlo Ancelotti wouldn't be so eager to let him go. He is just a bit more skillful than the rest of the squad, and for that reason I would have him in the team as he might create something. It wouldn't make one jot of difference though. It wouldn't make the midfield put their foot on the ball and control the game. Gerrard would still try to play the killer ball with every touch. Players wouldn't be looking for the ball from their team mates whenever we were in possession. I lost count of the amount of times one of our lads had the ball but had no short options, and just had to lump it 20 yards down a blind alley hoping someone would be there to chase it down. The other night I was massively critical of France. How can a team with such talent look so disinterested, and look so bad? Well, we are no better. In fact, we are exactly the same.

It's an absolute joke. Obviously not thinking about the fans at all. I can't imagine there are many (if any) fans that would want either game moved from 3pm on a bank holiday to 7.45pm on the Tuesday night. I know police costs are higher on the bank holiday, but they are higher for every club. If TTA didn't want to pay costs associated with running a football club and actually playing games, then they shouldn't have bought the damn thing. It's pointless emailing Hardy. Be better off emailing 'Dale and Walsalls chief execs and telling them that they should tell Latis where to go.

Even though todays first game was 1-0, and this is 1-0 late on, todays games have been a massive improvement.

I read something before saying that at a SA Premier league game, the people playing them would be organised and play them in unison and at the correct times, so they add atmosphere to the game and aren't as constant. Whereas, at the WC these people arent all sat together so they are just being played constantly and with no rhythm. Anyway, you cant ban them. It would be like saying to Liverpool fans... you can go on the kop, but you cant take scarves and sing.

I don't think the ball can be blamed for there being no game with 3 or more goals so far. Argentina would have had about 6 if the Nigeria keeper wasn't in such top form, and England should have had 3 or 4. I don't think the ball is any different to the balls in the PL or CL. Out of interest, of all the players criticizing the ball, I'd like to know how many of them are sponsored by someone other than Adidas.
