  1. I played a guy last night, he was Orient I was latics. Beat him 4-3, then he bossed me 5-0 in the rematch
  2. There are loads of problems with gamepass this year....when it works its fantastic though. Manning will be fine. Carr isn't that bad, but he isn't in Eli's league. He should be good enough to beat the Raiders though! Theres a good chance that it could be two 5-0 teams in week 6 when we go to New Orleans (though, I have no idea who NO play next week, or if they are on a bye).
  3. TTA/Sheridan told us different things loads of times. And it's just which one you choose to believe. Obviously, you just believe the one that backs you up. I reckon we had a pretty average budget all 3 seasons. And that Sheridan is the second best manager we have had since we were in this division....Ross just doesn't like him because he loves his predecessor.
  4. Oh how times have changed. I remember when everyone loves Shez saying that.
  5. As did the BBC. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/e...v_2/8270963.stm The way I see it, MK Dons are scum. Even if it is shown that they didn't make 4 subs, the FA and League should throw the book at them anyway.
  6. Sky Sports also has them listed as using 4: http://www.skysports.com/football/match_fa...3149684,00.html
  7. Was that the game when one of our lads was basically rugby tackled in the 6 yard box in injury time and the ref just waved it away? Last night they weren't dirty fouls, just cynical fouls all night. They just wanted to disrupt the game and stop us playing, which didn't work. Thought the ref handled it well.
  8. I don't think it was a "so-called knee injury"...he was knackered but played loads of times when he shouldn't. It's too early to say who is better. And if you compare now you run the risk of looking really daft (Whittaker better than Wellens anyone?).
  9. Stockport last season I'd say. But I hate them franchise c**ts more than any other team so that was sweet!
  10. Does anyone know why NHL youtube videos don't work on the iPhone?
  11. Haha thats quality. I had the same sense of achievement when I figured out how to do it, and my phone rang to Spanish Main by the Coral.
  12. Not gonna happen. It's the Jets. I think New Orleans will turn them over next week. Brees is on fire!
  13. I've played both demos. Didn't like PES09, and for me, the demo of PES10 has all the same problems. It's a shame because I am more of a PES fan. Like the FIFA demo though, so will be buying this on Friday.
  14. 2 clean sheets in the last 2 games. We have conceded 10 goals in 9 games, hardly terrible. Still think we need competition at CB though.
  15. It says 2.3 miles walking, but 3.7 miles by car. But the route it gives by car goes all the way down Oldham road, past COMS and round it to get to it. Obviously Google has no knowledge of the local area, because you can pretty much use the same route as the walking route to get there by car.
  16. According to the Google Maps app on my phone, walking to the COMS from Lancaster club is 2.3 miles.
  17. Think its about 500-ish seats. So in out lavish, more than enough, 12000 seater stadium, we will not get crowds of bigger than 11500. Wow.
  18. Depends what you are looking for in a team. When I was about 15 and started watching NFL and playing Madden, I picked the Giants because they play in glorious blue and white (and their rating on Madden was ok too). It's a good team to pick now because they have 2 Brits playing for them. If you want to support a dirty team, go for the Steelers/Ravens/Raiders. If you want to support a rubbish team, so its just like following Latics, go Rams/Raiders/Browns/Lions. Saints are good to watch. But if I was to get into it now and had to pick a team, I'd prob go for the Packers. I like the way its just a small town with a big NFL team, and loads of history. Don't go for the Cowboys/Patriots....people will end up disliking you! Oh and the Buccs, cos they are owned by the guys who own United.
  19. Yes, but that is not my point. My point was that in a 12000 seater ground, more than what you stated would have been locked out, because in a 12000 seater ground, the capacity is actually less than 12000.
  20. Thats actually not true. Factor in segregation, and the fact that for some reason you are not allowed to totally fill the ground, there would be a lot less. When it held 13500, there were a couple of cup games (City at home - 13171, Chelsea - 12770) which were sold out, but still a fair few less than 13500 in.
  21. I've had the same alert. Now I know there is no problem, but (just out of curiosity), if its nothing then why does is get detected by AVG?
  22. This is true....it was posted in the sig thread though!
