  1. You can get it per month now...might be worth investing in a few monthly ones, may work out cheaper than per game.
  2. Well, I hope the reply from both sides is something along the lines of "No, No way, Never", otherwise I'd seriously worry about the people running our club.
  3. I reckon we will be on TV around 6 times this time. I'm getting the all access pass, I watch that much of it it will be handy to have the ability to watch any game.
  4. Nick Halling will be on Sky aswell. Usually with voiceover stuff like that (BBC goals roundup) they will get freelance people to do it...as NFL season is only 4/5 months long, he has to pay the bills somehow!
  5. C5 have Mike "eyebrows" Carlson....how very dare you! To be honest, I'm getting gamepass this year, and the only games that got blacked out were the main games on Sky last year so I don't think I will be any worse off. But yeah, it's not good for everyone else.
  6. New chant for Purdie (think the Aussies sung it to Stuart Broad)...."Dude looks like a lady"
  7. Lets be honest, booing the players off the pitch at full time isn't that bad when they have put in a godawful performance like that. Its the abuse they get during the game that is out of order. Personally, I don't boo players. They are not pantomime villains, and I am not a child. But if someone wants to show the players they weren't happy after the game, I dont have a problem with them booing. I much prefer to just walk out without clapping them off if I am not happy with the performance, but booing after the game is in no way as bad as hurling abuse/ironic cheers etc... during the game.
  8. Because it's Hartlepool fans slagging him off, and he used to play for Darlington.
  9. His positioning was questionable, and the way he lined the wall up was shocking. The guy had nearly all the net to aim at, and just leathered it down the middle. Good strike, but preventable.
  10. Yes your right about that one cross. I'd forgot about that, I'll reword it. He never beat his man and only put one good cross in.
  11. Really? I thought he had a piss poor debut. I don't ever criticize players at the game (and the ironic cheering of Brill was out of order, no matter how bad he was), but I was really dissapointed with Colebek. He never beat his man, and didn't put one good cross in.
  12. I never thought we should have got rid. I said as much many times last season towards the end, and said the same tonight. We got rid of him because it was no longer good enough. What has improved? Not won at home since he left. Only won 2 games since he left. And it's not as good to watch. Saying that, we need to give Penney a proper chance. It's s**t at the moment, but give him a few years and it will be ok, I'm sure. Unfortunately I doubt he will get the time.
  13. First goal was a good strike. Second goal was awful defending, and abysmal goalkeeping. Third was a bad freekick to give away. And then the wall was lined up awfully. 2 players either side of each post, which give the player nearly all the net to aim at. He hit it central, and as it was on target it went in...as most shots against Brill that are on target go in.
  14. They might have meant the other White Hart...pub just round the corner from the ground. The Chaddy is the home end, where fans such as Diego sit.
  15. Disappointed with the use of Coldplay at the end. People think they are obsessed with Worthy....imagine how much they would love Chris Taylor if they saw how emotional he gets after scoring in the Chaddy.
  16. That would depend on the blackout restrictions on Gamepass HD for me. If we could get the games on there instead it would be ok. hopefully, if the deal is changed, then the restrictions are changed too.
  17. It's all about money. Apparently Sky average 40,000 viewers in total for the Sunday night games. Thats not loads, but I think it cost about (cant remember exactly) £6m a year. I think ESPN will be cautious with the rights they buy up, and not spend over the odds. I think we could end up with Sky/ESPN sharing the rights.
  18. Looks like the deal hasn't been done to show it....yet. For the opening Sunday of the season, between 6pm-12am, the schedule for Sky Sports 3 says TBC. That would suggest they are still in talks, but leaving the slot open.
  19. Instead of nicking other teams songs, every once in a while we could think of our own.
  20. To be fair, that wasn't Gregan's only mistake last night. He made plenty, but fortunately for him the opposition was Accrington Stanley. Air shots, bad headers, getting turned inside out....the second half he had a mare. A decent team would have had a hell of a lot more than two in the second half last night.
  21. Well, when you put it like that... Anyway, the FA Cup is still on. I just hope we dont have hideous cream suits like Liverpool did that time.
