  1. What are you going on about you muppet. If anyone wants to buy the spare ticket PM me and arrange to pick it up. Not sure what this clown is trying to say.

Okay, it's early - I'll give you the benefit of the doubt:

If you have a ticket thats fine.
if this statement true then stop, else goto next line.
if you dont have a ticket then it means you.

You are a grown adult, I'm fairly certainly you are old enough to understand simple expressions and statements. However in light of this:

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TICKET DON'T WIND PEOPLE UP.

By your own admission, you have not read the thread, I suggest that you do that in future before wasting people's time.

EDIT: This is also a quote reply to your specific post.

  2. I won't sing St.Elmos Fire by John Parr because of Billy leaving on that bus. Damn you Rob Lowe, damn you to hell.

Considering that nobody thought this post was silly in light of the simply ludicrous Depeche Mode aversion and continued this hate Y because of X nonsense, this >>

It would be nice at some point to click on a thread of more than two pages on here without this nonsensical bickering about Rangers and Celtic.

And I will echo those points, there is a growing amount of this seeping into everyday posts now - this thread is about players, and while I do understand that topics can branch within the discussion, it seems that certain messages are now being crowbarred in for reaction. Moreover, this is a forum container for OAFC and League 1 topics, even those with the most tenuous of links - this most certainly isn't the place for unconnected bile and hate.

There is an off-topic forum where this can be discussed, and there are your own Facebook group circles. Go and do it there.

    Thankyou.

  3. Why do you have the right to put :censored: and :censored: in a post , who the :censored: is rummy. Stop some other meaning less posts that spout rubbish, why block mine? This forum is boring and out dated.

I have the same right as you, sugar.

I wasn't referring to you specifically, but if the shoe fits - lace the :censored:er up and wear it. Now clear off.

  4. We have relatives and friends posting on this topic which is fine - however please think about posting etiquette - quote post or nobody has a clue what the :censored: you're going on about, don't start threads on subjects already running, and everyone is entitled to a point of view - but don't act the :censored: when it differs from your own.

  5. Re submitted. Eardley constantly slagged off. Tierney another.

You've already mentioned this. I figure you're having problems with your connection/phone/whetever.

Mellor needs a chance somewhere, he will be the next Eardley. Slagged off and then go on to much better things. Kept us up 18 months ago. Good luck lad.

  6. What we can achieve as a species really does defy belief at times - shame we spend so much time beating the piss out of each other over arbitrary lines in the sand instead.

This is just the beginning of this chapter - the Jupiter moon missions, especially Europa, will be something to behold. Scheduled for 2025, so there's a bit to go yet.

  7. http://www.theguardian.com/football/david-conn-inside-sport-blog/2014/nov/12/bury-high-interest-loans-shadow-recovery?view=mobile#opt-in-message

...publicly filed Companies House documents show that since taking over Bury, Day’s company has borrowed exactly the same amount, £1m, also secured on Gigg Lane, but at an exponentially higher interest rate: 10% per month. That is a cumulative annual rate of 138%, meaning that after one year, £1m borrowed in August will, with interest, amount to £2.38m to be repaid.

    This will not end well.

  8. Who do you fancy for the playoffs chaps?

With the playoff picture as it is, Patriots and Colts in the AFC with Detroit and Cowboys in the NFC. It's tight in the NFC, Seahawks still have to play the Cards twice, Niners twice, and the Chiefs - that's a schedule where champions are made.

In NCAAF BCS it has to be Ole Miss, SEC West dominance continues after the Florida win last year.

  9. What we're seeing here is a bonafide all time great right in front of our eyes. No 49 year old should be doing what Hopkins is doing, in no other contact sport will you find a guy plying their trade at the highest level at nearly 50 years old.

Randy Couture was 47 when he retired from competition at the highest level.
