I'm not demanding his head, most people will be waiting for the end of the season for that. However I won't be paying £20 to watch that :censored:e again this season and many will be thinking the same, will TTA make the change now? Whatever they do Shez will be gone if we don't make the play offs and even then I think he'd need to win them to keep his job.

What mistakes are these? His :censored:e tactics? His inability to change his :censored:e tactics? His :censored:e signings? (When I say :censored:e signings I can't say the players are :censored:e as we have hardly seen Lee, Stephens or O'Grady this season) His :censored:e team selection? His seeming fetish for full backs? Why have half a dozen full backs but only 3 strikers? Personally I feel he should be fired for allowing Seb Hines to play football for the club I love. He is so :censored:e he'll fit right in at Middlesborough. Oh and don't get me started on us having Hartlepool's reserve keeper in net while our's is fit and ready.

Thats a shame, hopefully he will walk and save us some money.

I'd be happy to see Big Fat Joe come back in for the last few months, we won't be getting into the play offs with Shez at the helm. Joe might come in with the enthusiasm and experience to get the lads going again. Plus might get one or two more through the gate.

Will add pace and skill which is always a bonus when our current back up in the wing department only adds penalty taking. Chelsea Reject? Not wanted at Chelsea though so could lead to some thing more long term?

Windass isn't being considered, just the chron taking the piss and the internet geeks falling for it. If they thought that little of Bell he wouldn't be at the club.

I'm not aware I have said he's not a good player, i'm a big fan of Gregan. I am not impressed by the fact that he seems to have shifted the focus onto them rather than us however. Its a continuation of what we see on the pitch where he blames anyone within ear shot whenever things go wrong for him. Top player, not sure about his leadership skills in difficult periods of games. I added the patronising bit to see if anyone would be sad enough to pick up on it, well done.

You should have just said he hadn't seen him play

I don't know if you've seen Gregan play but every mistake he makes is followed by him ranting and raving at someone else to shift the blame. If he had said "Some of us had shocking games and I have not seen us play like that since I have been at the club" that would have shown some responsibilty but instead he passed it all onto "them".

Typical of him not to look at himself when he is skipper and played in a back four that gave 5 goals aways against a gash team.
