    Jason Jarrett proved to be a suitable replacement for Gregan, right up until the Accrington Stanley cup game where his game just went to :censored: - don't know if he'd lost his love for the game again or whatever. Gregan on the other hand, retired from football 6 months after leaving Latics because his knees had gone? Good choice from Dickov really - wouldn't have minded him staying the coaching set up but never mind. We've all got to move on.

    He's alright, i've met him a couple of times - of course you can't trust a politician but he seemed like a genuine enough bloke. Also seems keen on re-generating the town (Tram, new sporting and leisure facilities, town hall re-development) - he's doing more than the last 20 years worth of councils put together.

    Constant like of desire all season has cost us - The players have gone on to that pitch too many times when they're not up and properly motivated for the game. Bad tactics which don't play to our strengths has also cost us - get Matt Smith in the box in training and keep firing crosses in, soon the ability will be revealed - just need it to sync!

    Taxis aren't running as it stands. Busses won't go anywhere near Saddleworth. Trains? best bet but no chance until the thaw begins!

    if you have a 4x4, you'll be fine... anything other than that, you should be okay later on when the thaw has set in (according to the weather) but it would probably be mid-afternoon it's just taken 40 minutes to get from Heyside to Chadderton so...
