From memory, Brill did improve under the coaching of Gerrard, he was still :censored:, but did improve. I'd say we keep PG - in terms of cost, it may not be the best option, but practically goalkeeper is a position where i feel a specialist coach is necessary.

He's coaching at Huddersfield, so i don't know what the situation would be with conpensation etc. As you said, it wouldn't be my choice either but a possibilty and name to throw into the picture.

Dickov also seems to be the key to keeping Baxter, Wabara and possibly re-loaning Derbyshire, SC might see this as the main reason for keeping Dickov for the time being. A pragmatic approach like that might just be the right one at this stage - but please SC pull the trigger before it is too late!
