  1. Trust Latics to get the crappest template - i like the look of Hull's website, looks like ours was designed by a 5 year old :/
  2. Stockport 1 - 2 Latics - 2003 Definitely one of my favourite games watching Latics - that last minute Eyres free kick was brilliant and a great end. Latics 4 - 1 Plymouth - 2004 We were in trouble and it looked like we were going to get smashed that afternoon, but we were simply brilliant - one of the best performances i've seen Latics 3 - 0 Forest - 2006 IIRC this was the game where Taylor made his debut and absolutely ripped them a new one on the right wing - love it. Latics 3 - 0 Scunny - 2009 One of the best individual performances i've seen from Alessandra - i always thought there was something there and he'd make it, but that's life i suppose. Liverpool 5 - 1 Latics - 2012 Just for the experience, unfortunately had to miss the Everton game, so going to Anfield really made up for that. Overall Favourite - Plymouth 2004.
  3. it's all going abit Stalin. Censorship is the power of dictators.
  4. Bring back Sean Jarvis... oh :censored: it, i'm going to bed.
  5. i wish i was. turns out after a long nandos shift it's nice to come on here and slag everything and everyone off.
  6. Would make sense, trying to think who the other guy was, Graham Brown rings a bell, but did he have a different role?
  7. In other words, i'm the guy they made a job up for because they felt sorry for me. Thought we had a kit man?
  8. along with the Umbro/Lee's firm in the upper main stand.
  9. Should a member of the marketing team be part-taking in a warm up session with the first team? No. However, i have had the privildge of warming up with them when i was mascot in 2006 - fair to say, i wouldn't even make Chadderton FC's first team
  10. time to roll out the best stone island gear then...
  11. I saw him 'chilling' in the club shop the other week, just sat on the floor - they must have soo much to do at the club! At the same time, Gordon seems to run (well...) around like a blue arsed fly 6 days a week for the club.. probably earns abit more of a pay packet though. Anyhow, Billy needs to stop prancing about in his BQ training kit and get his arse behind the scenes doing his job, people were complaining about what Ian Hill claims in insentives, i.e. away games, free travel etc, this seems to be the same. Oh well, SC knows what he's doing!
  12. so he works on the marketing team... what does he do then? whenever the club do anything it seems to be either Broady or Jenny that does it... Is he just a work experience kid that's never left?
  13. the club doesn't need people like you - the fans... oh, i'm sure they do.
  14. Little smarmy bastard, walks round in a suit, think he's head of ballboys.
  15. Billy needs to learn one or two things from Gordon, great servant for the club.
  16. More people will probably choose to pay on the day - might be a good move by the club. They played De Jong and Santa Cruz against Stockport, so unsure who may play on Tuesday
  17. I agree 100% - have thought this for a while but never posted on the issue. He must lick SC's arse.
  18. Since Pogs got injured it was all downhill.. Miskelly didn't do a bad job but he was no number 1 - however, i still think that if we hadn't rushed Pogs back for the QPR game we would have had more of a chance. Anyone remember Andrews heading it just wide in the first few minutes, i was in the RRE watching it on the big screen, everyone going mental, only for it not to have even been in! Good times though, great season, great atmosphere!
  19. What a day that was, what a season. Oh how i miss it.
  20. I also didn't realise we had a fixture against Sheffield United on the 6th August... Getting picky now
  21. Nice to see that Neil Wood appears on our squad profiles...
  22. Should we be worried about the lack of goals from Smith and Taylor? Suppose it's only pre-season anyway with still 2 games to go...
  23. i'm calling bull:censored: on Keith Curle. Was he the dirty bastard who get sent off against us v Mansfield in 2002/2003?
