  1. Send him to Rochdale - he'll come back firing like Dale Stephens, we hope.
  2. How many did Tom Eaves bang in against reserve teams? Not to be pessimistic - this might be his level - welcome to Oldham Daniel
  3. Linked with Paul Arnison. That's a fake rumour i'd say though!
  4. I suspect that the original price is the 'base price' which value would not fall beneath. Nice to see people testing a new thing out anyway...
  5. i don't understand the hate for HR - i like him personally, can't see him being out of a job for long, but won't be replacing Moyes at Everton, i'd reckon!
  6. Sell the land off to a cinema group - having 4 stands is over-rated anyway ;)
  7. Don't know what to get, home or away - decisions!
  8. It's also out today for anyone that didn't know. £40 Adults. £30 Kids. Available from WeAreLatics and JD Sports (Oldham and Elk Mill) Also available online from http://www.jdsports.co.uk/product/fila-oldham-athletic-away-shirt-2012-pre-order/25506/ and the link in quote. Unsure if Playershare can get anything from online sales, i'm sure O4U will know
  9. Let's invent something that makes energy from the cold at Boundary Park - jesus, we'd be making millions selling the energy produced. Dragon's Den Time!
  10. Had a go at doing some more rendering of my models tonight - enjoy!
  11. Be getting lifetime bans for undermining the club, just kidding! I never expected this to be so popular when i started modeling it a few weeks ago - turns out my work paid off in the end - thanks for all your comments, it would be amazing if this was to become reality but i think the club have something lined up seeing as we're due an announcement soonish. Again, thanks everyone!
  12. Problem with my models is just that, they are models - there is minimal accuracy in the way they are built - eg. The RRE isn't exact to how it is in real life - but it looks good - however i'm sure they could be used by a proper architect as a base plan for a new stadium - someone who makes money from it :winks:
  13. Sorry to hijack your thread - but a similar thing - my nan always talks about her cousin Alfred (David) Tice/Teece playing goalkeeper for Latics, but can never find anything online about him - any ideas?
  14. A few people have suggest that 3/4 of the stadium should be used at the current BP site, so here goes... This image comes from behind the Chaddy end and shows how well the new stands mix in with the RRE This is another image of the stadium from a different angle - notice the extended back of the RRE - looks nicer than it currently does, how much a bit of paint and brickwork can do! Finally, this again highlights how well the RRE looks when mixed in with the other stands - would be a perfect situation IMO. Thanks again for all your comments!
  15. Feel free to do what you want to the model Hallam - Cheers for the comemnts guys!
  16. Don't think too much into it, it's not based on the current Boundary Park site, it's just a fictional model which could be built on a suitable site in Oldham! Thanks for your comments.
  17. This is the Boundary Project. I have developed it over the past few weeks, originally working on the stadium and then expanding to build the surrounding areas - the following images go through the various features of The Boundary Project. Firstly, this is the main stand - as you can see it is sponsored by J.W. Lees, a local company - which is the running theme through-out this project. The main stand is a simple one tiered stand which then has two rows of executive boxes and also contains the TV gantry at the top. We then move on to inside the main stand, and we can see the view from the tunnel and the Latics badge which is present as you leave the tunnel and enter the pitch. In the previous picture you could see the ZEN OFFICE stand, which again is a one tiered stand which runs the full length of the pitch, at the back of the stand is offices and the adjoining corners contain further offices as well as the club shop/ticket office and 1989's Bar and Grill. Following on from this we can see the away end, which is split into two sections, again in the corner, 1989's can be seen. Behind the home end of the stadium is the Oldham Athletic Training Centre, here there is an artificial indoor pitch and also 8 5-a-side pitches which can be seen in the next picture. The 5-a-side pitches are seen here, and would be used 7 days a week to generate income Finally, the adjoining retail park can be seen above, contained within this there is a cinema and bowling complex as well as a T.G.I. Friday's - Subway - Burger King - Pizza Hut - Frankie and Bennys - this would heavily benefit the town as a whole. This is an image of the full stadium from behind the away end - the training centre visible in the distance. Finally, this is another view of the stadium from behind the main stand, as you can see the Latics badge is prominent on the back of the stand. This is all fictional and i would really appreciate any comments which you may have - for those wanting to have a further look at the Stadium, you can download the model from [http://sketchup.goog...9e64402f7ff687f] and you can also view all my other stadium models, including Boundary Park here [http://sketchup.goog...02076&scoring=m] Thanks a lot for your time reading my post, hope you enjoyed - Latics_Fanatic
  18. Hopefully re-invest the money into bringing in some quality players. If Bouzanis signs then he'd be an alright keeper anyway!
