  1. Get them made, i'll definately buy some! I think they had the idea back in 2004, remember they used to hand them out free at half time every game.
  2. Goalkeeper, joined last season i think, never seen/heard from him though!
  3. FA Website is still showing FA:TV though, showing live FA Cup games, so they should!
  4. How many fans do they get a week? must be less than 3,200?
  5. are they doing that FA:TV thing again this year? maybe we'll feature on that?
  6. I can see why its on tv but why put it on ESPN, only sports channel we dont have!
  7. I'm surprised that only 4 live in Chadderton (recent results) May be a few from Middleton, just outside the borough
  8. Maybe this should be pinned? as it is for a very good charitable cause.
  9. Why start another pointless thread? i think you should be banned
  10. Crossbar Challenge would be good again, used to enjoy watching people do that, prize could be a shirt maybe?
  11. Do they now, thats a good thing to know for in a couple of weeks
  12. But Penney was, 'we didn't score and you have to score to win the game and thats why we didn't win the game today'
  13. LAST SEASON Record : P12 W4 D5 L3 It started off so well it seemed, up in 9th place won more games than we'd lost. For/Against : 10/11 10 goals from 12 games wasn't fantastic and was a big sign of things to come. Goal difference of -1 wasn't good enough for a team placed 9th. THIS SEASON Record : P:12 W4 D6 L2 This season has started off so well for us, not even lost at home, okay four of our draws have come at home but its a good record to have. For/Against : 16/13 The big difference this season is that we're scoring more, okay in comparison we have conceded 2 more goals but you've got to think 5 of those goals came at Peterborough THE MAIN DIFFERENCE Paul Dickov came in inherited a team which underachieved last season, they showed nothing and just simply didn't want to play for the club. Andy Colette was brought in a goalkeeping coach and god knows what he was teaching Brill, since Gerrard has come in Brill has been so much improved although does has his moments. Just looking at the starting line up yesterday 7 out of the 11 starters were on the books her last season with only 2 on the bench, i mean if you have told me in May that 5 of those players would have been playing here next season, i would have thought you were an idiot. Stephens showed promise last season and so did Lee, probably the only one good thing Penney did was making the decision to play Lee at the back and it has paid off. Alessandra also seems to have been improved massively this season, although for some reason he didn't get into the team under Penney. The attitude of the players is also massively improved, they always want to fight for the win, even yesterday when we had a piss poor first half they came out and battled for every ball second half and we should have gone on to win the Game. Furman, MOTM yesterday, well deserved and another player who i wouldn't have thought would be playing here, and if he did he wouldn't be playing this well, don't know whats come over him, if he'd of been playing like this last season I think a call from South Africa wouldn't have been out of the question. Paul Dickov has made such a difference at this club in his few months here, lets just hope the off-the-field situation improves because on the field we could be contenders for promotion if we stay on track and keep playing well. PAUL DICKOVS BLUE AND WHITE ARMY
  14. Not just the scoreline, just generally in the second half! First half we were brilliant apart from the last minute
  15. I agree, nobody at all turned up first half. Furman is the main man in our team IMO, lose him and we'll fall apart! Another striker would be nice up top, shame we didn't get that LuaLua or Baxter.
  16. Yeah i'd agree, but for the reason we havent got anyone to replace him with, if we had a another tall striker maybe but... and 1 or 2 out of about 10 or 12? not really a good thing is it!
  17. you joking? don't think he won a header what so ever today.
  18. If we move to Failsworth: i think we may be in a higher league with crowds of up to 10,000 a week. With some rich owners who love the club. If we dont move to Failsworth : playing in the same league or worse with no money and generally
  19. Well maybe not for you. but people who care passionately about the club might. me included.
  20. I think it works both ways! The club was better, we would have more supporters, better league = more away support = more people buying things in the town = more money = increace in local economy.
