Kasunga very much a liability in my eyes based on what I saw of him last season (Probably made 3/4 of games) But, he's well worth another go and if he is played just in front of the defence, any mistake he might be liable to make can be mopped up by the back 4.

Mills and Wilson brought in to sure up the full-back positions. Team weakened? Maybe. Promising signings? Definitely. An overreaction from a Latics fan? Priceless. 4 weeks to go to the first game, 9 or so weeks until the window shuts. A long time to get more players in.

Oldham Athletic are set to invest some of the cash from the recent renaming of Boundary Park on a salary package to tempt Derby's out-of-favour Connor Sammon (beating aside Sheffield United's much-publicised interest) and New England Revolution's experienced midfield man Andy Dorman, although it's unclear whether they'd be willing to release him mid-season. Sammon would be a good signing, but i'm calling bull:censored:.
