  1. Answered your own question there pal. Never seen us play particularly badly this season or seen us look like getting smashed off the field, something that i saw on many occasions last season.
  2. Someone get him a horlicks and a blanket. Sleep it off and come to your senses.
  3. When it's constructive... as opposed to "that was wank"..."we're wank"...
  4. Didn't go to or listen to the game tonight because i was in work - but i still remain happy with Johnson and the team. Like others have said, we're not going to win every game, 14 points from 14 isn't the best? but the positive is there, we're 14 games into the season, not 40. :censored: Sake, Keep (or have some) :censored:ing faith!
  5. County 0 - 2 Latics (HT 1-0) Roooooooooooooooooooooney 3976
  6. ITV have taken the Bishops Stortford vs Northampton game as their first pick.
  7. This year (I reckon...) Chesterfield v Daventry Town Shortwood United or Aldershot v Port Vale (If Shortwood get through) Macclesfield Town v Swindon Town Although I agree that there's not many good ties on there, Shame the Chesterfield game is at their place!
  8. Find it amazing how two years ago, this would have been a cracker of a tie against PremierLeague Opposition. Reckon we'll win though, if any of last seasons cup fight remains within us!
  9. Nah, you're probably another :censored:ing Jinx! Stay Away!
  10. Most important is that we actually looked convincing today and we always looked like we'd win. Let it continue!
  11. Philliskirk for me. No-one stands out as having a bad day though!
  12. Millar better slipping in behind the striker. Between Montano and Dayton - not seen enough of Sid to impress me much, but i reckon the ability is there (somewhere)
  13. Not much you can do standing on the sideline in the pissing rain. As much as he probably does tell them not to let their heads drop, it almost certainly does!
  14. Thank-You. You've proved that OWTB does have some sane members! This is a much more realistic conclusion to draw from the game than some have come to! Like i said on the other thread, there's no shame in losing to Wolves with those players. Onwards to Saturday!
  15. He still doesn't know his best XI - that's a slight worry for me. Only thing i would have changed, would have been Millar staying in the team instead of Winchester. I still have faith that he will work it out and we will come good in the next few weeks - to be fair, we've never looked a totally bad side under LJ this season, there's not been a point where i feel the same way as i did around January/February under Dickov, not knowing where the next win will come from. Realistically, not many would have tipped us for a win tonight... nor a draw... I thought we may have knicked a point when we got in at HT 0-0 - but that's the way the game goes, mistakes will cost you away to, arguably, the best/biggest team in the league. The same mistakes away at a team at the lower end of the table may not have cost us so dearly. Anyway - Could be worse, could be Man United.
  16. Not sure that I agree that LJ got it wrong tonight. We held a very good/strong Wolves side 0-0 all through the first half and went on to lose 2 goals, conditions played a part in them (according to BBC Manc) Like someone said, there's no disgrace going to Wolves and losing, not many sides will come away with any points from there this season and i'm sure others will suffer much heavier defeats than we have. Onwards and Upwards to Saturday - We can take Swindon!
  17. No, but we did have a "scoreboard fund" that disappeared into someones back pocket...
