  1. Got the DVD's from that season - 3rd one doesn't work though, pretty gutted
  2. Was thinking the same thing last week, wanted one for my holidays...
  3. Latics v Blackpool - 2001 - My first game, would love to see it again! Another v Blackpool on 6th December 2003 - My game as mascot, was in the FA cup IRC and was Dowies last home match. Would love to see them if you have them
  4. Who attended from Latics, do we know? Good Memorial though!
  5. We must have come close to filling that side stand. It holds 8000 - so i'm not so sure.
  6. Eardley had the knack for getting turned far too easily and that was what let his game down. From what i see of him now from time to time, it's a trait he hasn't shaken off, but has improved slightly. Obviously he has some quality though and has PL experience, albeit one season.
  7. Double Post. Just incase i didn't emphasise the c*nt that you've been "oafc19" No, seriously, it was a genuine mistake.
  8. Was it Moore? Might have been changed since his days...
  9. Like a Wayne Andrews to compliment the experience of either Winjhard or Eyre. Classic Combinations.
  10. Working on the pitch late? Possibly trying to get it scraped back asap!
  11. Chris O'Grady :censored:? - He's was never given a :censored:ing chance! Johnson Out.
  12. Ronaldo wants to move back into the greater Manchester area, cheeky bid?
  13. Well there's always a few :censored: ups! Shame Penney made them ALL here...
  14. There's always a way of silencing the so-called "Noisey Neighbours" It's a very different situation and is a massive change for football, his record is unprecedented and dare i say it, with football management and job instability the way it is now, it will never be repeated. As much of a :censored: he is, he is a great manager and has always had the ability to pick a great player.
  15. The telegraph are reporting that Sir Alex Ferguson is considering retiring at the end of the season. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-united/10042798/Sir-Alex-Ferguson-considering-retiring-as-Manchester-United-manager-before-end-of-the-week.html With Moyes all but certain to leave Everton by the end of the season, i reckon it might be him stepping up. Anyhow, LJ is looking for an assistant, so you never know, Fergie has a few contacts in the game, Scholes might even play for us, finally. As i say, not really Latics releated, but big news over this dull summer, probably detracts from oafc19's threads anyway!
  16. Possible. But then it's probably our friend "oafc19" making it up...
  17. Saw the picture the other day, but i've only just noticed LJ on it... fits in rather well he does!
  18. This, all the teams yesterday went in to their games knowing their future was in their own hands. Peterborough failed to beat Palace, whilst Huddersfield and Barnsley played out a draw - all's fair.
  19. Totally within the laws of the game. Well Done to the two teams for recognising that they could both survive as it stayed the same. Celebrations all round.
