Its not quite so simple as 'just doing something different'. As bp1960 has said on many occasions, this is a badges thing. This is how all the coaches are coached to think, and you cant manage or coach without these badges. It is a top down directive to think this way now, in the hope of improving the team at the top of it all, namely the national side. This is not going to change anytime soon, possibly in your lifetimes. If you don't accept it soon, or leave it all behind and do something else, it is going to eat you from the inside and possibly speed up your demise. Facts.

I have got a choice. I can stay strong against the tide of miserableness and continue to back the boss. We lost by one goal against a high flying team, we just didnt take the few chances we managed to create against a team set out to stop us creating any chances.
