    Its pitty they could not get a more central location or one closer to a sports store where alot of younger fans would be passing anyway.

    True but that was there first game of the season and if i am right there first ever league one game so there is bound to be a few extra fans come along.

    Think it was a good idea but whenever i popped in it was very quiet and did not always have an awful lot of stuff in. I would look at opening near Christmas next season again.

    Pretty sure some teams do it on a 3 month basis thing, a team such as Yeovil or Colchester even doing well will never bring more than 300 maybe 500 on a good day. Be interesting to see if both us and Mk Dons have something to play for on the last day of the season how many they fetch up.

    The fact we have played Huddersfield quiet alot in the past 9 years without any trouble in that pub hopefully should go in are favour rather than them panic over one little incident.

    True and there is one poster on the trust who seems to have gone quiet. Just saying Barry could of easly just stayed quiet made no posts no replies.

    To be fair to Barry the last couple of weeks he has been active on here alot. Am guessing the trust are waiting to see what Corney and the board of directors next move is or simply waiting till the fans forum.

    I think maybe now he has realised that there is plenty of competiton at Latics maybe its in his best interests to pull out rather than say his fit take knock and spend so much time on the sidelines.

    Trust me i can assure you near enough every Turnstile operator would not pocket it believe me. As Razza said alot of turnstile operators are Oldham fans some who have been doing it for way over 40 years believe me anyone the club thinks would be lets say dishonest would soon be shown the door.

    Was on the jklatics board a few seasons back when the TTA put prices up so it cost more for away fans to get in than home fans. He claimed Hudds would boycott Oldham despite Swindon and Gillingham (where they take less than 400 to) charging more but us being local. He was a laugh for a while he threatened to complain to the football league when Huddersfield own fans wanted a league game switched because the rugby league team where in the challenge cup final.

    He be the first player i tie down but as you say he will proberly wait untill the season is over and even if we did get into the Championship case of how ambitious the player is and what offers are on the table.

    Reckon 2200 myself i know people are moaing at being charged £23 but when you look there is not many local away games left alot of those will go anyway.

    Great incentive by the club sadly i will be at work otherwise i would have been there. No excuse for the stayaways not to attend.

    I use to work opposite the MEN Arena and got to know a few of the Storm fans. I saw a few games but it was never my cup of tea i saw there crowds go from 10,000 down. However i will never forget the Sunday evening when they had a mass protest way it caught us all out the blue but the level of support shown that day was impressive.

    Although Corney has a right to feel really angry at the moment, i still feel he could of left his comments about no football at Boundary Park until Sunday or Monday.

    ah but it makes a change from the keepers who respond with evil looks and gestures towards fans.

    100% agree it was a joy to watch rather brought a bit extra of entertainment.

    Know he was in Thin Lizzy heard quite bit of his stuff but got to agree Still got the blues one of the best songs ever written.

    Results cancel each other out yes we did drop two points but if you had asked me last week i would of said we would draw with Hartlepool and proberly beat Dagenham by a decent score one of those things.
