    There is 2 sorts of stewards there are the ones employed by OAFC and the ones who come on matchdays via an agency there was a few in the Chaddy who where a little OTT last season.

    Even if the funding stops stil worth keeping tabs on ex players released by Man u and City if we can make a few bob or improve the team out of it. What has not helped the reserve is the short number of teams in the league. But in recent years the standard in reserve team football has dropped alot.

    Glad they got a nice draw and can look forward to a pay day be nice to switch it to BP BUT CAN SEE it being played at Spotland.

    Strange one this if you ask any Gillingham fan they hate Swindon Town as much as Oxford hate them. Something to do with a play off final or semi final. Remember there being well documented trouble a few seasons back.

    Not excited about another trip to Swindon but like Di Canio one of the few characters in the game. Portsmouth will be a new ground for alot of younger fans as will Coventry if they come down. Torquay and Shrewsbury will both be new grounds as would be Crawley or Oxford if they come up. Not fussed about Cheltenham or Crewe Southend be a good trip.

    I was stood among a few who sang that You're not fit to wear the shirt, it actually caused a small arguement some of the booing and comments being made towards Simpson. Reckon its just fustration myself.

    Watched Belezika recently and been impressed with his performances. Fact we already got three centre backs means he has got quite a bit of work to do.

    He had stopped playing long before i was born but have seen videos, dvd's and read his books. Strange him being compared to Messi, you think of the current Messi v Ronaldo in them days it was Finney of Preston v Stanley Matthews of Blackpool. Fact he stayed at a single club has always stayed loyal to his Preston roots and when we played for England we where blessed with strikers.

    The under 16 deal is an excellent offer but the club should go to every avenue to market this one. Leaflets to EVERY schools and junior football club in Oldham. If need be send players in to promote it.

    Replace the word local derby to Lancashire derby and add it to the Bury game.

    Something like this would work well then auction the shirts off afterwards. Should the players be made to grown there hair and a tash also.

    Arrive at the players lounge early but expect a quick one word reply.

    Looked behind the line where i was sat behind the goal to the left but then we had one over the line ruled out at Dean Court this season.

    The three games i seen him play in he has looked good as someone mentioned when Wes and Furman come back he proberly be playing second fiddle but still worth having.

    Thig is playes like Diallo or an existing players loan a simple they have renewed or extended there deal rather than calling them a new signing. What i think anyway.

    Does he want to move back up North cannot see him coming to Oldham although be a good signing if he does.

    Thought Diallo had a good game myself of course he his still a few games short of 90 but would have him on the bench. Thought Irwin did ok but put in a few good challenges made a few good passes.

    Another Oldham fan suggested it was someone from Colchester but others have suggested he was from Leeds now.

    In the club best interest to tie key players down with Season Tickets needed to be sold for next season apart from the die hards a few may just think whats the point.

    Yet some fans still insist on being negative for the normal suspects. How about for one night let fans celebrate a much needed win, at a ground we often struggle and get back to the slating of the club etc tommorow.

    They are doing it anyway only happens in England, FIFA now thinking if the rest of Europe can do without so should we. Was it not under John Sheridan we sacked physio?
