Dickov is a proper sound chap and is a very likeable dude! During the time he's been here we have seen brilliant football but for the most part a bag of crap. He isn't the one to take us forward and is dragging us down. Top fella but has to go.

I'm pretty sure the pressure has been on for a while now, especially since SC came out with the outburst and we've still not seen what we would like to see. I want him out now and we really do need a win against Coventry.

Forgot to add. By Christmas time, it's normally a good idea of who will be up there challenging for the automatic/playoff places and I don't want to see us down there in contention for or in the relegation zone again.
