Cant agree with that, TP was honest and upfront in saying he didnt want it, which I see as more admirable SC on the other hand took advantage of his good will and should have got in arse in gear quicker. TP gets none of the blame here and won 3 of our 10 league games won all season

Ward im sure had a spell at rivals Bristol city as well (could be wrong so cant be that much Rovers) and managed my local club and big rivals of theirs Cheltenham He is worshiped here in Gloucestershire and is very old school and has players run through the brick walls Dickov told us our players would at the start of the season Im not for 1 second saying ward should have come here as that would be a dumb comment, even with the turnaround he has had at Rovers. What I would say is sometimes having someone in who is through& through of your club can also lead to managers not seeing things that others do as they are blinded by a love for their own

Majority of these players wont be here season so what motivation do they have to keep us up? Most people would want to win and do the decent thing, too many of these here dont give a toss The sad thing is too get them motivated you may have to offer bounses to get them to want to stay up which is bang out of order and rewarding failures, this is what happens when you dont have players tied down to longer contracts and dont give a toss As low as I think I could be at the moment

Said it yesterday I just can't see us getting out of this It's not the results from today it's the whole vibe and spineless performances tied in with a load of players who don't give a :censored: about this club Tuesday is must win and I'm far from confident we will see anything other than a bore draw

Furman was not that bad, he alongside others have massively underpreformed as well as being mismanaged Wes is made of glass, if he gets injured what then? Yes I would choose him out of the two of them when only playing one but Wes aint as good as we all make out IMO, he is an average player in a :censored: side We are short of numbers and appear to be penny pinching when we need leadership and people to stand up and be counted

Dont gert me wrong I want nothing more than us to stay up of course I would love to be proved wrong but you would be as confident as 12's!!

I try to keep my thoughts to myself on these things but I have sat back and watched over the last few days but enough is enough He is losing the plot and missing the point big time here. Does he believe it is not unsettling for the players not to know who will be managing them in the next game ot the game after that? They will be talking inside the camp and it is doing us no good. Yes the players will know more than us but if we lose Saturday, which in all honesty I would expect what will the atmosphere be like for Hartlepoo Tuesday?? Especially if its 0-0 after 60mins! He is so naive if he thinks this is the way to get the best out of players (many of who have been mismanaged this season) by criticsing in public. Most of these players wont be here next season and the mess he is creating who can blame them I have no problem with SC and actually have a lot of admiration for the good he has done for this club, but say something we want to know or hear or please shut the F up and keep our problems in house. If I were the manager at b'mouth or Hartlepool I would look at us and say they are in 'turmoil' we should go to Oldham and do them The sad thing is he can still save us but my faith in him doing just that is growing ever fainter He didnt sack PD when he should off after the Brentford away game in Sep (maybe even last season) and he is addressing the big problem. Instead he is slagging off his staff and telling us the obvious that we are underpreforming yet is not willing to help us improve. If he knows that much about getting the best out of the players do the managers job yourself!!!!

People keep saying we need experience but they would be happy with TP until the end of the season who himself doesnt have experience! I am happy with TP but this needs sorting its become a mess, we do need to know as its effecting the fans and creating an issue of the field when we are in a dog fight to stay up
