Thought Wilson was by far the worst player on Tuesday. Would rather start a full back four of hungry kids and play stott aswell. Can’t be any worse if Bryan isn’t fit.

Running around a lot doesn’t mean you put a shift in. Delivery and final ball from him is so poor.

Dont think I have ever felt so confident on relegation when our players aren’t even willing to change for a 50/50. Byrne jumped out of the way every time one came to him last night. No wonder the crowd were on their backs. 

Wellens is tactically shocking. Plays the same under performing lads every week. He slated Sheridan when he got sacked for playing the same players who didn’t put a shift in and now what does he do? Exactly that. Byrne playing right wing last night it clearly isn’t working as it hasn’t for months so what does he do? Move him to the left wing. 

Said it on saturday after Wimbledon should have sacked him then and give someone else the opportunity to get some passion out of the players.

That’s the stewards job. Police aren’t there to manage the fans only to enforce if something happens. 

Need a win asap. Rochdales form is good can’t see them losing many. 

Cant understand why wellens has stuck with the majority of the side/ formation that has been woeful the last 3 games. 

No attacking threat as we are weak in midfield and shakey at the back. Wellens needs to revert to the ‘we will score more than you’ approach as this ‘we won’t lose approach’ is shocking. Still playing Byrne all over no wonder he is pissed off. 

Would be going 3-5-2 against Wimbledon fane and Gardner sitting Byrne attacking mid hunt and Nazon wide then Holloway and Doyle. Need 3 points Saturday and a change to our style we are too predictable.

‘He’s an awful footballer who breaks up play’ not one other player in the midfield is capable of doing that,winning a header or sticking a boot in. As limited as he is without him I think we would already be down purely because no one else can do what he does. Which says a lot about how poor our recruitment has been.

You ever played football? Having someone who can break up play like him is a huge weight off other shoulders. Don’t think there is a player that will cover anywhere near as much ground as him. Just because he isn’t drilling in goals and spraying 40 yard passes doesn’t mean he isn’t effective in what he does for the team.

I can’t remember a better left back we have owed since Chris Armstrong. Great going forward one of the best deliveries in the squad and can defend. Should be our priority to be signed in the summer to a longer contract.

No didn’t accept or refuse just put it out that we bid to get more for him.

Mate plays for Fleetwood, let’s say our bid for Cole was a token. Nothing like the money Wigan offered the previous day and only got accepted when our bid was ‘announced’. Was never happening.

The bit in bold is out main problem. Gardner is usually alright on the ball, but cant get stuck in. Fane is decent at getting stuck in and breaking up play, but he literally struggles with kicking the ball. We have 2 players playing in central midfield doing the job of one half decent holding midfield player. If we had a semi decent holding midfielder we could play Byrne in the middle, and then pick an actual right sided midfield player who would give the team some balance and width, and might actually give the right back some protection.

Thought first half was poor. McEleney non- existant, marked nobody and had hunt marking two when we were defending. Showed glimses of quality in his delivery but way off the pace. 

Nazon wasn’t on it and doesn’t seem to link up well with Doyle. 

Edmundson was superb today no nonsense and did really well against Vasell who is a big lad.  

Byrne finally played in his correct position and oozed class every time he got the ball. Amazing what happens when they are played in the right position! 

Gardner not will to put a tackle in and always looks finished come 60 mins. Gave the ball away so much second half. Looked a lot more comfortable in a midfield 3. 

Fane is talked about so much in a negative light yet people don’t realise you take him out and they would have walked through our midfield today. All he is there to do is break the play up and what he is does I would say he is one of the better ones at doing it in the league. No he isn’t great on the ball but the ground he covers and the tackles he makes are massive. Gardner is scared of a tackle, Byrne isn’t that sort of player and neither is Pringle. Don’t know who people are expecting to do the dirty work in the middle without him.

Wilson did ok Apart from non existant marking for Pittman’s 1st.
