Heard a few things today which haven't surprised me, With the way Sheridan has been in interviews the last week. 

Sheridan not happy as this 'investor' has been getting involved with training all week putting his mark on the team which isn't laying well with shez or the coaching team. The guy apparently Brought in more trialists today which were bad quality, Didn't go down well as friday is the main prep day for games. 

Players aren't impressed either. 

Im not a fan of corney at all but for me I would prefer corney all day long with what I've heard. I'm not one to come out with 'in the know stuff' but my last thing I heard was that we got put under an embargo last season which I posted on here. So not one for making things up.

Whatever it is if a bid was coming in and had come in for the club the trust would be informed about it. Which could delay any sale for up to 6 months after their successful ACV. 

Corney doesn't want to leave despite his public talks and wanting to go hence why he is looking for investment Which enables him to stay. 

Whatever happens cant see anything changing in the next few years ?

Haha knew that was coming. How did we look without him? From listening to wigans commentary and snippets of radio manc fane was what we missed. Wigan comms said banks was the reason our midfield was working as we needed a grafter.

Comments in bold are laughable. Gerrard is he most lean he has been in years. Look at gregan what weight you are means nothing in league 1. Fane will play higher than league 1 no doubt about it.  

Once we have someone in front of him who can play football in CM he will be some enforcer. He's a defensive midfielder and when given that role and nothing more is superb. Doesn't have to be 'nice to watch' but he clearly has more than your saying, which is clearly why scouts last season and this season are coming to watch. 

Some people on here have very selective memory. Embarrassing comments.

I wouldn't have banks anywhere near that team. We need grit which he doesn't have an ounce of! When he has time on the ball yes he can play a wonder ball but far too infrequent. Would rather have fawns who doesn't mind a tackle, keeps in simple and is attack minded. 

For me Fane is the defensive breaking up player which he is very good at. Tonight he was doing all the centre mid running for green who was non existent. If we can discipline fane and get a Palmer esc player along side / infront of him our midfield would be a lot better suited to the pace we have on our wings. Fane was caught out a number of times trying to drive us forward as green had nothing about him. Would have replaced him with fawns at Ht. 

mcloughlin for me was superb on the left their right back didn't know what day it was. Strange move when shez moved him over to the right and as soon as he did that the game for us died of any energy. Tope looks so much more comfortable on the right so don't know why he changed it. 

Defence needs a lot more work after tonight's showing but thought wilsons handling was superb. Just needs to come off his line abit more to reduce that pressure. 

Finally the ref woeful. One of the worst I have seen in a while. 

All in all not a bad game against a championship team. We are still developing so not expecting us to be fully firing till start of September. But massively need to kick on for that first win!

Probably pushed now they are in the prem will want someone with experience of doing it at the top level I would imagine.

Shez wants a centre mid and a keeper, we have 2 wingers on trial presume one will sign. Striker thing was from what he said in the interview. So not unrealistic amount of players. 

From sheridans interview with GMR wouldn't be surprised to see 2 midfielders 1keeper and even a striker. 

Emergency Gk loan up to midday Saturday if we are that badly struggling.
