    Dunne would only keep 5 of the team but sign 3 players from the squad last season, Sheridan cannot sign his main targets & leaves, Robinson talks of budgets & transfer embargos now saying some playesr will never play for me again, a reacuuring theme here which ultimately leads to relegation, will we told next season we have not got the budget to compete in that league & that we should greatfull to be in that league?

    Totally agree with you maybe he is trying to force Corney into a corner to provide some funds for players or look better for him when he is sacked either way it is not a good situation & rarely is turned around and ends well.

    Constant bleating about budget & transfer embargo maybe he knows which players need changing & who he would like to bring in, promises initially made to him have not been kept & the financial situation behind the scenes is significantly worse than he had envisaged, maybe why Sheridan jumped ship also. Just playing devils advocate.

    Exactly shows a lack of clear thought process & poor man management skills, once the threat has been issued in public you have no option but to carry it through or else you will never be taken seriously again, so question is out of the players last night who will never play for the club again?

    Oh dear remember when i told the forum the conversation with Dunne last year which he said he would keep five but only sign three of last years squad, Robinson is making the same mistake you do not come out publicly and say it or else they just completely down tools not the smartest thing to do, you wait until you are in a postion to replace them at the earliest opportunity.

    If you are going to sack Robinson it has to be now, new manager has time to access the squad before the transfer windows opens, assuming our transfer embargo has been lifted? What is currently happening was inevitable after the catalogue of mistakes by Corney combined with under investment with the club being run like we already in administration.

    Would personally play Fane as the holding midfielder & the rest when attacking to be interchanging getting in and around our forward or beyond, when a cross did go into the box nobody was there to attack it. The above must be under instructions from the manager which has also occurred with previous managers.

    Feel sorry whoever is playing upfront the service is none existent, no link up players no runs beyond from midfield creating space.
