DD named the team to start versus Millwall in his Q&A in the new stand on Saturday Wellens was in the starting 11

Why would i lie? I was taken a back by his honesty hence i did not ask which six would he keep & which two would he sign, furthermore asked about lack of movement within the team & was that because of orders from the management, his reply was definately not, he wants the team to go out and express themselves and be creative. I said to DD do you not feel you have been to honest in your reply, his reply was i am going to stick to my principles and be honest at all times because that is the person i am. Also posted in Rhys Murphy thread DD reply when asked about bringing him back , when asked in the Q&A in the new stand which they did as part of the corporate day.

In the Q&A yesterday DD was asked about Rhys Murphy & bringing him back , it was pointed out he was scoring goals DD answer was that is in League two, so my impression from the answer from DD he is clearly not rated by our management.

He would keep 6 but out of the 6 he would only sign 2 out of the 6. He was talking in terms quality desire attitude etc, and is confident of keeping us up & going forward bringing in the players he wants, would have a good chance of getting into the play off places next season,

DD did a Q & A yesterday in the new stand in which he described what he is looking for from the players in terms of attitude etc, so i spoke to him afterwards and asked the question of the current squad how many would you retain? The answer was, i would keep 6 but i would sign 2 of the current squad.

All makes sense the delay in finishing the stand. Corney going of his nut when we exited the cups early / loss of revenue to complete the stand. So even more critical we stay in this league whilst the stand is finished.

That is irrelevant, we need a manager who can get a team organised & motivate otherwise it does not matter how good the players are !!!!!!!! The players are not playing for DD & DH

Question is should this group of players be performing a lot better under the current management? If the answer is yes why would we give him money to spend on players even if we had any?

Just seen a clip on FB latics fans were not holding back on showing their frustration on players & DD and justifiably so , a manager never lasts once this happens it's a matter of time before he leaves.

So after today's result who would keep DD?

Totally disagree of course it matters who is in charge, DD is totally inept tactically & obviously has no man management / motivational skills. Under DD it has totally gone tits up.

I read Simon Jordans a while back, he says is biggest regrets/mistakes were appointing the wrong managers. Appointing Dean Holden was so so wrong on two levels 1 First time the fans had any hope for a considerable time and in the fans eyes was giving up on any chance of the play offs, hence the fans being dissilousioned being understandable. 2 No management experience, his appointment was made on the previous thinking of giving managers a chance who have had no experience. Dean Holden was a failure as manager and has now been assistant to both DK & DK with what results, there is a recurring theme. Whenever you are referred to as a nice guy their is a problem which means you are not good at your job you have no respect, was Clough & Ferguson refered to as nice guys? Now dealing with DD - he is doing worse than DK because he had a period before being appointed to evaluate & formulate a plan going forward. Key skills for a manager does DD do the following well? Motivate / man management skills? Tactician? Ability to adapt in a match situation, in other words see a weakness in another team & act accordingly or we are getting overun in a particular part of the pitch & acting swiftly before we have conceded a goal? Formation is not the issue for me it is the instructions you give the players within the formation, football games are won with the movement of the ball, are the players being restricted to take chances thus playing with fear & lack of motivation? Poor start to games is inexcusable that is a total lack of preperation. An appalling home record plus bad communication from the club in terms having a go at fans repeatedly, stand delay/ false deadlines, ched evans, management appointments etc etc so it is understandable that the club has now created a cocktail of negativity.and should be apologising to fans and not having a go at them.;

Do we think this seven goal extravaganza will have enticed some new supporters who came with the £5 promotion?

Excellent point he must be under the impression we are not going all the way to Wembley, sending him back where he came from.

Indeed 7 goals & still complaining & what makes it even more unbelievable is all for £5 surely this is remarkable value for money?
