Both ours and huddersfields pitch was built to withstand the strains both sports put on the surface so i see no issue really. The only difference it would really make to us is seeing the crappy greened out rugby lines when we play. However i very much doubt rugby would afford the rent and therefore i recon having the same owner would be the only way it would ever happen

Its also common if you have genuine footballers in the team who are good with the ball in close control, while the opposition are inferior i that respect. Its interesting, but i cant see it having much of an impact.

The red and white thirds kit with the laces in the collar was good but for me sparta was a great kit manufacturer. Always unique and i especially liked the white with burgundy arms as worn in neil adams second stint. Id snap your hands off to go back to sparta. The quality was there too. No iron on patches everything was sewn in, sponsors the lot.

So smith is leaving. Tbh its no great surprise. I rate him highly but as corney says i dont believe he would be that big of a loss. What i mean by that is i dont think losing smith would have the same impact losing wellens did when we lost him. The dynamic of the team is changing and when that happens you dont need to replace like for.like you play to the teams new strengths. Im sure we will be fine and find someone who can more than do a job. Ive been impressed with the 3 signings so far

Anything over 100 quid is at the shops discretion. If we aint got enough in the til we dont have to pay it. However most people get their tickets checked instore these days since the raffle was introduced perminently. Most cant be arsed manually checking them so even if we didnt pay it out we would see the big winners. And i also forgot to mention the £200 payouts i quoted before includes scratchcards as well.

I work in a lottery outlet and looking at how much we take compared to prize payouts it really is a mugs game. We can take 1500 quid on a big draw and ive never seen a days payouts go over 200 quid.

One year extension to the end of the coming season Happy with that. He wont be on a wedge and was part of a very steady back for at the end of the last campaign. Of which we have kept together. Gotta say the back line is much much stronger looking at it than at the beginning of last season. Well done lj

Having a go at this on august 1st/2nd. We are after a few more heads to make it that little bit more cost effective. Wondered if any of my fellow tics would be interested in having a go. challenge price of £60 (£25 refundable on return) includes Hire of 15 seat minibus. fuel costs designated driver 8am departure on friday morning. Challenge begins at 5pm friday evening 24 hrs to scale ben nevis,scarfell pike and snowdon, including travel We already have a group commited to this including city,utd and oldham fans but id like to outnumber them when the bus sets off on the friday morning. A decent level of fitness is obviously required but the challenge is open to anyone male or female. Pm me for more info. Im half tempted to get an oldham badge on a flag and stick it in the top of each peak
