  1. it only displays on your own posts. nobody else can see it. and yes you have only just noticed it its been there all the time
  2. Personally think loaning/selling him at this stage of the season is completely moronic. he is clearly a key figure in the squad, and all first teamers will be needed to play their part between now and may. however, i fully expect him to leave in the summer and if im honest i wouldnt have any qualms about that. him and weslowski are one and the same, and we need to be getting a creative attacking midfielder in there alongside them. Furman isnt the be all and end all of this club.
  3. just a thought, how many keepers go on to be managers? i cant actually think of one current manager who was a keeper,
  4. tbf its a few years since he played for us and he was only young, but he is a big strong forward, with good footballing capabilities. looked very raw though, and didnt actually ever score a competitive goal for us. only real action of note was scoring a hat trick against bolton pre season, which ulitmately got him his transfer
  5. realistically, how much has this cup run made us? id guess at 1.5mill, but im not the best with things like this
  6. well hes obviously said good things at half time. 2-1 get in!!
  7. Latics radio, from back in the premier and first division days was great. i won a competition on there once and won a tacky wall clock they prob couldnt sell in the club shop
  8. Hmm, cant make the Portsmouth game, due to work, and everyone else I go with will have a ticket by the time they go on open sale. looks like ill be sitting on my todd, and queing up alone on Sunday morning
  9. i can understand charging season ticket holders less if its a tenner and 12 quid respectively, but 20 quid compared to 25 is taking the piss imo. should be flat rate whatever. and what happens if they give season ticket holders 2 tickets each? does that mean both tickets cost season ticket rate, or will one be 20 quid, one be 25
  10. if it got us promotion i dont give a :censored:.
  11. you missed the liverpool and everton games but choose to attend portsmouth? each to there own
  12. im working unfortunately. i had the choice of this or the preston game. so so glad i chose the preston game cos it means i can now do the everton game instead.
  13. id have him back, too many times we hound managers out before they have ever really been given a chance. if we had stuck with warnock back then we would have probably gone up. same with moore, he got hounded out when he has proved himself more than capable. granted, i dont particularly like either of them, but quite frankly im fed up of being in this league and i would hire hitler if it guaranteed promotion
  14. "1-2-3-4 - LISTEN TO THE ROCKY ROAR!!!!!!!!" its got a ring to it. . .
  15. I used to say I always wanted a top four premier side away if we ever get to the third round. after seeing the liverpool and everton games id choose a home tie every time. i would also choose a biggish premier side everytime as i cant see the players raising their game so much against a blackburn/barnsley/millwall, ala Hudds at home in 2008
  16. For me TP has proved during this spell, and previous, that he has to be part of the first team set up. looking at the last 2 games, the players want to play for him, an we look much more organised and creative recently. id appoint him first team head coach, and bring in someone who has the nouse in the transfer market who can get him the players he needs, as for me thats the big worry if he was appointed top dog, he has no obvious contacts that we know of.
  17. Completely off topic, but what the hell does this mean? its been doing my head in
  18. oops, and theres me thinking kidderminster were league two. ah well, ya get the jist
  19. no im lead to believe hes in a studio in london
  20. OK, so the build up to this one has been surprisingly subdued, for one reason or another, but tommorow, we play in the 5th round of the FA cup for the first time in 19 years, indeed the first time since we reached wembley. This time we are not expected to do anything against Everton, as we weren't against Liverpool, Forest and Even Doncaster. But we have knocked out a team from all 4 divisions int this cup run we have knocked out 2 former European Champions We have knocked out arguably the best team in our own division. We have scored 11 goals in the process, putting 3 past opposition in the last 3 rounds There is nothing to lose. I'm turning up at tea time tommorow expecting the players to die for the cause, heart on their sleeves. Lets see the return of the Yard Dogs mentality. WHY CANT WE WIN?
