as regards the number of properties being scaled back, the 650 took into account only appartments. the new figure of 350 takes into account 3 and 4 bedroom homes. it doesnt take a genious to work out the average price of an appartment is around £80,000-100,000, while a 4 bedroom home will go for £170,000-£200,000, meaning the number of units has changed, but the final income from all the units added together is probably not that far off.

from my seat in the main stand, the lookers was bare. the upper had very few in, and the paddock didnt have many more. the section near the police box seemed crowded, but the rest was less than half full

the question is oafc0000, why they ran on during the game. id agree with what you are saying as regards after the final whistle, being a release after survival/ promotion etc, or just a traditional bit of fun at the end of a season, but to invade during a match is what is in question here. nobody invaded during the match except those from the chaddy, which is why i think question marks are being raised against that particular stand and its occupants. im all for invasion after the final whistle but during the match was moronic.

could have something to do with trying to get neil eardley described as a utility player, rather than a right back? just to bump his value up maybe? dont want him to leave tho. on gary mac, on his day he is awsome, and scores so many important goals, but tbh when bigfin was describing his game yesterday, i completely forgot he played. this is the reason he is not worth the big money. on his day he is one of the best in the league, but his day only comes around every couple of months.

After full time is fine in my eyes. the club warn about going on the pitch at full time, but everyone knows its going to happen and as long as the club make that announcement and have stewards in place they have done what is required of them and wont get fined. a pitch invasion at full time is tradition, and although i have never done it myself, I dont see the harm in doing it. but to do it during a game is scandelous.

the fact is the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Brittain, and it seems oldhamers in particular, are renowned for never being happy. they say its always raining and they prefer it abroad, yet when they go on holiday they are too hot. i really do hate people who constantly moan, yet sit back and do nothing about what they are moaning about. if you dont like it in england, move to another country. but that would be too hot,too cold,full of foreigners etc. these people are never happy. Make the most of your life. if you arnt happy with it you only have yourself to blame. you made it Im all for celebrating St Georges day, but its difficult when you dont get the day off. I went to the awards last night and had a beer, but if they wernt on, its very difficult to get others excited about it.
