Diego_Sideburns
Tommy Walker 1954-57 & 1957-59., Signed from Newcastle for £2,500. 158 appearances 23 goals. He could play on either wing , but played mainly on the right. He was fast enough to take part in the famous Powderhall athletics meetings in Scotland and won many handicaps. Sold to Chesterfield in February 1957 for £1250 but returned in July 1957.

Andy or Norman* ? *Former director who funded Tommy Wright , Kevin Moore, and others tranfers on the premise that he'd be repaid after the player was sold on and any profit split 50/50 between him and the club. JohnnyPimp
If we define "Child" as less than 12, who was your favourite player? Well I didn't start watching Latics until I was 14, so I guess I can't join in. However, I've got a mental age of 11 so I'll say Andy Ritchie.
