NIKI1234
Talking about the music licencing with hawksby and jacobs... Whilst I agree with the stance of TTA on this why are we the only club that seem to have this issue... Have all other clubs just accepted they have to pay? Yes they will have to pay, Unsure how many of the clubs are requesting home made fan music though
CD's Orange Heels
Yes they will have to pay, Unsure how many of the clubs are requesting home made fan music though The whole thing is ridiculous. I know somebody who works in a childrens nursery. The nursery owner has been sent a letter saying if they play nursery rhyme CD's they will have to pay PRS as it is deemed to be a live performance. The world has gone mad.

Have all other clubs just accepted they have to pay? Youtube aren't too impressed with PRS either. They've blocked all the music videos, because of the extortionate increase in charges. Tommy_Fent
So this is the reason why we hear the same old crap played in most grounds across the country i.e Tom Hark, Pig-Bag, Chelsea Dagger etc
