ritchie82
I have heard some stupid comments but that tops the lot for two reasons. 1. He is not that good. 2. We may have to go to tribuneral for him if we sign him.

Senor_Coconut
This is the same Shane Supple who played for us this season right?
LaticsPete
I have heard some stupid comments but that tops the lot for two reasons. 1. He is not that good. 2. We may have to go to tribuneral for him if we sign him. [/quote 1. In your opinion. Joe believes he has the potential to be that good. More inclined to back JR. 2. Ipswich know he is good . Unlikely to sell him for the peanuts we could offer anyway. And you believe that Royle's comments are the most stupid you have ever heard. Led a sheltered life have you? never read any of the posts on here? Edited April 21, 2009 by LaticsPete
opinions4u
So other than Shane, who else is lined up to replace Given in goal for the Republic of Ireland? Answers on a postage stamp ...
creepy
If Ipswich rated him that much i would have thought he'd be under a long contract

Kieron Westwood from Coventry was included in the Eire squad for the first time the other week.

You're right, you can fit his name on a postage stamp but you have to turn it on its side to do it, otherwise you lose the 'od'.
oafcprozac
Kieron Westwood from Coventry was included in the Eire squad for the first time the other week. Another dropped bollock by the club, on loan for most of the season - then a young kid available for peanuts from City and we decide to go down the One Keeper (pogs) on a wing and a prayer route. leaving us with Craig 'Friggin' Mawson on trial amongst others. Same with Joe Murphy, plays one game in the IOM wrongly blamed for the winner and Ronald boots him out despite him appearing on our team pic, next seen celebrating the title with Scunny. ritchie82
So other than Shane, who else is lined up to replace Given in goal for the Republic of Ireland? Answers on a postage stamp ... I find it laughable to suggest he would be challenging for the Ireland number one spot when they have one of the best keepers the country has ever seen in. Also Westwood would be a better bet would you not think? Plus Given is hardly a grandad so they will hardly be lining someone up for his place just yet. He's only played one game for the under 21's for christ sake. I'm all for giving players confidence in fact.... Wolfenden is great he could be the new Allott Smalley is great he could be the new Theo Walcott Taylor is great he could be the new Chris Waddle and Eardley is great he could be the new Kelvin Lomax
