Crusoe
I forgot the Justice album. Quality, that one. Have you heard the unreleased 17-minute Planisphere track they did? It's fairly epic.
BigfinLatic
I think it's just me who thinks a Weekend in the City is a better album. Probably as a whole, WITC is a better album, more powerful and a different sound... however on pure raw songs, you dont get better than Helicopter and Banquet, plus if you add two more years as the updated version has, it just tips it. Uniform is my favourite track ever though... and that is on WITC... (I also tend to consider Silent Alam Remixed as the same album - some of the versions on there are just amazing..) I forgot the Justice album. Quality, that one. Have you heard the unreleased 17-minute Planisphere track they did? It's fairly epic Yup - heard it live and then trawled around for it... itwas released as a white label to some DJ circles, one of my mates has it - he wont accept any price for it... Just in addition to my list... i'd also have to say that some of the best albums I've ever heard are not production albums but DJ mixes - which probably aren't strictly considered... but the top 5 of these from me are: 1. Carl Cox - FACT (1&2) - 2 is the greatest mix album ever released IMO, by quite a distance... 2. Dave Clarke - World Service 3. PVD - Vorsprung Dyk Technik - the best Trance compilation ever made... 4. Erol Alkan & FTH - A Bugged out mix - awesome, just totally encaptualted the spirit of the best club night in the UK 5. FabricLive - Plump DJ's - Love the plump DJ's and the best in the fabric series IMO... Edited May 25, 2009 by BigfinLatic

Banquet is just ridiculously good, one of my top tunes ever. I didnt like the way they released an updated version of Silent Alarm with Two More Years, really bugs me when they do that. Two More Years is a classic tune though. I think they did the same with Flux on WITC, again, top tune but bloody annoying when they do that! Have you heard the remix album of "Intimacy"? Yeah, annoying with the bonus tracks - I remember hearing flux for the first time on the radio and not realising it was BP - had to then go and bloody download the whole new updated album! Strangely for me, I havent listened to Intimacy Remixed - now you mention it I will probably download it this afternoon! Have heard a few remixes knocking about though... theres a version of Signs that is on the Infadels:we are the infadels (amazing album which you can download for free from the infadels website) which is simply superb... and just shove the track in youtube and there are some amzing versions....
