OAFC_ULTRA
The Gate 13 ultras of Panathinaikos have this song (horto magiko).... Cambridge have had a go at it.... And this is one of the other songs Stanley were singing.... Just my opinion but I would say the foreign Ultras do a better job, although they do seem to have more people willing to join in. Would love to see an atmosphere like this at BP but dont think it will happen.
Diego_Sideburns
I like it, i REALLY like it!! Lets get it going on friday night. I've tried and I even 'rehearsed' it with two groups of young singers in the pub at Bournemouth, but all to no avail. I wish you luck. Moldham
Why not bring back the old 'Meat Pie, Sausage Roll' song?
slystallone
Cracking song - get it going at the next away game - Brizzle? Isn't that song from the Sister Act film(s): A tad Mincy if you ask me.......... Bringing back the likes of Sheepfoot lane / Come on Oldham at corners & Andy Ritchie Magic (both verses fr Diego!) would be a start........ dfOAFC
Shut up you clueless muppet. so he (you? ) doesn't start drumming everytime we get a corner??? i must have been hearing things.
wozz_oafc
I think the atmosphere would be better if they put us home fans in the small section of the RRE each match!

Oafc88
Cracking song - get it going at the next away game - Brizzle? Il try and get the we love you one sung at Brizzle if i go, which i should, and il join in with whoever else decides to start it off. And Diego, i started off the Andy Ritchie song once at Leyton and the version i know of is slightly different to yours, no idea how there is two, its as follows: Andy Ritchies Magic, He wears a magic hat, And when he saw the oldham He said i fancy that, He could of stayed at Man U, But they are f***in :censored:e, And when he played for Oldham He was f***in dynamite! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Though i suppose it depends which version should use as your version is certainly cleaner, il definitely try and remember those other words anyway. The one you know (and everyone knows) is only the first verse, although not quite worded correctly (see below). I quoted the second verse. I'm trying to get both verses sung together. Andy Ritchie's magic, He wears a magic hat, And when he saw the Oldham He said "I fancy that", He could've stayed at Man U, Or Leeds but they're both :censored:e, And when he played for Oldham He was feckin' dynamite! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Andy Ritchie's magic He wears a magic hat, He played for Olfham Athletic He's such a lovely chap He scored goals with his left foot He scored goals with his right But when we played Man City He scored all feckin' night! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh All together now..........

Latics_Fanatic
PS. If you want to try out a new song, just borrow the megaphone that made an appearance on Sat. Get "Everywhere we go" going from the megaphone!
wozz_oafc
I quite liked the plain and simple "THE OLDHAM" chant that was getting sung at Leicester away. Not heard that before, but got told it was an old one.
Oafc88
Get "Everywhere we go" going from the megaphone! Whoever brings it should also try and start the oldham rugby chant of : T.... I... T..... S..... What does it spell? Tits And what do you do with them? OLDHAM, OLDHAM, OLDHAM, OLDHAM I know its the rugby but sod it, i see it as a chant for the teams of oldham to use and it does give us a unique(ish) chant. Snookmeister
My personal fave (of those that other clubs sing) is Sheff U's version of Annie's Song. Now THAT is a good song. I wouldn't mind too much if we had our own version!

Burton Albion fans' version: You light up my senses, Like a gallon of Peddi, Like a packet of Walkers, Like a pinch of good snuff, Like a night out in Burton, Like a greasy chip butty, So come Burton Albion, Come thrill me again, Na na na na na na na OOO! dfOAFC
You light up my senses, Like an old Main Stand moaner, Like a Hitler-esque steward, Like a half time pint queue, Like a sold out pie counter, Like a Corporal Jones post, So come on Oldham, Come thrill me again, Na na na na na na na BOOO! Diego_Sideburns
I've had an idea. If we record enough of these chants http://www.fanchants.com/football-team/oldham_athletic/ we'll create an atmosphere............ or we could play a Russ Abbot record.
