Not saying he doesnt have his faults, but some people on here go to great lengths to try and prove how bad he is when there is much worse in our team. Give me Gregan over Hazell any day. He's not great. He makes cock-ups. They are getting more regular with age slowing him down. All those are fair enough. He'd be the first guy on my team list though. Every week. Very possibly, but is that not due to the way he still plays - he doesn't hide when we are up against it and due to the way he stays involved in games, is prone to more cock ups than some of those who do not take responsibility when we are behind. It amazes me how people forget the other 88 minutes, yet pick up on a double header, a few heavy clearances (which btw, is what is required from time to time from a centre half!) As i've said in previous posts, take his experience out of our side and despite his clear lack of pace, our side would be poorer for it at the minute.
