LeylandLatic
avg Ok well, it's almost certainly not a virus. Different antivirus software will pick up different alerts due to how they are written, most of these anomalies are nothing to worry about and simply just an error in the software. Matt
Leyland is right, there's nothing to worry about. I'll have a look later... When I updated my COMODO security software the other week it went mad pointing out all sorts of heuristics, it settled down after a bit - runs like a charm now... underdog
Dear Moderators. Just come back from honeymoney and myself and Tangerinedreams have been playing catch up on the forum and Tangerinedreams had a pop up alert/virus warning off one of the threads. We both have seperate laptops and I did not get it as I was in a different thread. Thought you should be aware. Thanks guys
Matt
There is a small 1x1 gif at the top of the forum that is used as a tracking pixel for stats for the ads, that's what is causing it. It's nothing.

It's nothing. I've had the same alert. Now I know there is no problem, but (just out of curiosity), if its nothing then why does is get detected by AVG? ste1987
I've had the same alert. Now I know there is no problem, but (just out of curiosity), if its nothing then why does is get detected by AVG? I think its just more clash of coding. I've had it happen a few times recently too (using Kaspersky). Nothing to worry about.
