Theres rumours going that theres going to be a clearout with the players.Id like to see him sniffing at Ben Thatcher and Jon Stead. Thatcher, reputation as a bit of a nutter perhaps but has bags of experience and can play anywhere at the back. Only problem is he probably thinks hes premiership class and wants mega money. Steady: didnt make the start side on sat, seems to be getting cold shouldered alot lately but would be a good asset at this level, top league scorer at this level. Also with Pav carrying an injury its only a matter of time before he breaks down. If we got these two squad would be near enough complete imo. Stead would be a cracking signing and played up front with Pav for a time at Hudds. Thatcher's a numpty that I wouldn't touch with a barge pole. However if Bruce jnr was available...
