ritchie82
i hope we don't sign him after he is released Why not? I hope we are doing all the we can to improve the squad. If in 18 months time he is looking like he'll come out I'd rather we got him than someone else in our league.
Lags
What's the betting Hughsey writes to him giving him advice and support. Looks like another job for Barry here.
OldhamSheridan
Don't especially agree with the penalty, but the whole idea of not signing him has been done to death with Hughes (although less so in this case). Looked a good player off what I saw of him and would have no problem with us signing him in terms of ability.

slurms mckenzie
I can honestly say that I can't a single performance of his. Bizarre considering I remember games from the late 80s early 90s like they were yesterday....
slystallone
I can honestly say that I can't a single performance of his. Bizarre considering I remember games from the late 80s early 90s like they were yesterday.... Bagged against Port Vale away with a good little finish - looked good in the next home game (wait to be corrected on but i think it was Brighton??) until he got crocked in front of RRE by a late tackle (ankle i think?) - didn't appear for us again. Spent some time last season with Southampton on loan; in their doomed Championship season; did alright from all accounts too. Again, this has been done & covered with the whole Hughesy signing - & without sounding cold or callous; i'd have no problem if we looked to sign him after his release once he'd served his time. If we don't; someone else will. Edited October 2, 2009 by slystallone
