Where are the goals coming from?

Recommended Posts

I'm really struggling to see where the goals are gonna come from.

Abbott, class player, but drops deep to start the attacks and is sometimes missing when the crosses come in.

parker, drifts out wide and so is also missing in the box.

midfield, rarely join in the attacks and very few shoot from distance.

We've no goalscorer on the bench, strengthening this area has to be a priority. Fox in the box needed!

This I do agree with, I don't know whether its down to the injury situation but we don't get link play around the box quickly enough from midfield.

We are also missing a fit Chris Taylor and Smalley's pace as we seem to be building slowly allowing the opposition to get their shape when they loose posession.

We don't look dangerous enough and to be fair didn't look confident of shooting when we had the opportunity

where are the goals coming from.......

most likely from a players foot but there have been occasions when the head has been used..i think that match of the day call it a header...sometimes there is a penalty ..once again a players foot is the scource of the goal...rarely hands are used ..although this is deemed as fowl play ..something that referees are employed to watch out for...hope this helps to answer your question..

Sometimes they go in off a players backside, which could be deemed a ' smart arse ' speaking of which.......................
