Off topic- Roughyeds

Recommended Posts

IIRC, the sale price just about covered their debts at the time.

apparently the clubs debts were in the region of £2m

i think the sheddings land would have gone for a lot more than that

i reckon both Quinn and the Council made a tidy sum, and left the Roughyeds homeless - disgusting

that oldham council for yer..everyone still trusting them on failsworth?

I'm almost stunned. I never thought Oldham Council had enough acumen to do that.

I congratulate them on making money extremely required by themselves.

NB. I can't think the new stadium will come down to trust. I'd bloody hope not.

Promises...housing development...debit.. It all sounds so similar... Lets hope the outcome is different for us...

No one doubts we are in the hands of our chairmen. We aren't really in the hands of the Council though, that'll be contracted.

Again, it comes down to trusting TTA to treat us right. Which I guess makes your nights a bit crap on that count.
