Forte_Baby
Close to being wound up although there refusing to give up the fight. http://www.pinkun.com/content/pinkun/kings...3A10%3A32%3A750 King's Lynn Football Club is wound up in the High Court PADDY DAVITT Last updated: 25/11/2009 20:46:00 King's Lynn football club has less than a week to overturn the High Court's decision to wind up the debt-ridden Unibond Premier Division outfit. Norfolk's biggest non-league club can apply to rescind the compulsory winding-up petition, if they clear a £67,000 tax debt owed to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC). However, Linnets' chairman Ken Bobbins admitted that the current board were unlikely to settle the five-figure sum with the club's total debt believed to be in excess of £150,000. Frankly Mr Shankly
I do feel for them, and hope they pull out of it. But the name Ken Bobbins just sends me into a fit of giggles every time.
Diego_Sideburns
That's really bad news. I posted on their message board before and after our Cuo-tie and met up with a few of their posters in a pub before the game.
leeslover
I will never forget that big fat country bastard who was offering us all out. About 45, big red face and could plainly have killed the lot of us single handedly. He was standing outside the station his his club-sized thumbs in his dirty tweed waistcoat in case anyone who had been mocking him wanted to take it further.
