That clown was an awful ref, missed some tackles worthy of bookings and booked others for fairly standard 3rd division tackles. Really winds me up when we get fussy refs, we all know a bad tackle when we see one and you get one of these once every 5 games, the rest are just poor players trying to the limit of their ability. Hometownclub Posted December 14, 2009 Share Posted December 14, 2009 I'd have said 2 of them were genuine yellow cards (particularly Stephens), the rest were quite frankly ridiculous bookings, poor and very fussy referee, I was sat right behind the referee's assessor and I don't think he thought much of him either.
