Posted on: Sat 19 Dec 2009 Latics clash with Wycombe Wanderers looks set to go ahead after a commendable effort by Chairboys staff to clear the surrounding roads and car parks of snow and ice this morning. The pitch at Adams Park was never a concern, with under-soil heating being employed for the last 4 days, but is subject to an inspection from the match officials shortly. However Latics coaches Martin Gray, Lee Duxbury and Andy Collett have been out on the surface this morning and do not envisage any problems when the decision is made.
