jsslatic
chesterfield lost at home and barrow got belted at sunderland. Why is that something to laugh at?

stebuzz
Why is that something to laugh at? because some seem to think we should have kept john sheridan. also on tv earlier darren was suggesting little barrow might just put one over on sunderland

Diego_Sideburns
and they had a good day out playing in a big stadium against a big club. Total respect to nearly 7,500 Barrow fans who made the trip, in spite of the weather and uncertainty about getting back.
dave_ragg1984
because some seem to think we should have kept john sheridan. also on tv earlier darren was suggesting little barrow might just put one over on sunderland Now I'm not saying we should or shouldn't have got rid....but looking at it 10 months on, it doesn't look like the best decision TTA have ever made. rosa
also on tv earlier darren was suggesting little barrow might just put one over on sunderland What was he supposed to say? "Sunderland are gonna batter us, we might as well not bother turning up"?

I suspect he's going to be a "not quite" manager for Chesterfield too.
OldhamSheridan
I suspect he's going to be a "not quite" manager for Chesterfield too. What would be a successful manager there though? Promotion out of Division 4? Securing a mid-table place in Division 3 (would be my pick)? Up into Division 2? Obviously at some point he is going to get sacked, managers always do. OldhamSheridan
because some seem to think we should have kept john sheridan. also on tv earlier darren was suggesting little barrow might just put one over on sunderland I believe we should have kept John, but the knocking of Darren is bizarre. He left us on a good footing and seems to be a decent bloke/jointmanager.
Tommy_Fent
end of the day it's happened and he's not coming back, but he doesn't deserve any abuse they've both taken sides further in the FA Cup than what we have managed
Diego_Sideburns
also on tv earlier darren was suggesting little barrow might just put one over on sunderland Darren actually said what all underdogs say before an F.A. Cup game, and suggested that, with a bit of luck, they might get a replay.
