Ackey
That is a disgrace to football.
opinions4u
The BBC 606 feed didn't think the Defoe goal should have stood: Spurs goal: It's offside - by two yards. I wonder how an assistant referee can not see that... Anyway, Spurs attack and Niko Kranjcar plays in Gareth Bale down the left - his cross is met by Jermain Defoe and diverted into the net. But it shouldn't count in a million, billion years.
Ackey
The BBC 606 feed didn't think the Defoe goal should have stood: haha To be fair, it was just about the easiest off-side decision he'll ever have to give. Really, really basic.

Even a woman would be able to explain why he was offside. *puts tin hat on*

Lookers_Carl
I don't think anything rivals how bad colchesters pitch was vs southend But completely agree too, its a disgrace to friggin rugby, let alone football!!!!

Exactly. I cant believe people are criticising these pitches when 3 days ago I watched a football match involving Oldham on a pitch that was twice as bad... it didnt bounce, at all, and the home fans were genuinely embarassed... Frankly Mr Shankly
Yeah, isn't it slightly ironic how ours is in quite a remarkable state in comparison to the others? It's usually ours that's rutted and in a complete mess by March.

It's usually ours that's rutted and in a complete mess by March. Probably because we don't play any football on it.
