Because tactically I get the impression that the manager has told the fullbacks to sit in unless we are chasing a goal and there are only 5-10 mins to go. Its amazing how many times this year we have had 4 defenders and a central midfielder marking two forwards. Though to be fair as we tend to be sat so deep an extra oppo midfielder will sometimes drop into the hole to make it look like there are 3 opposing players being marked.
