slurms mckenzie
I have absolutely no evidence for these and were told these by a "bloke in a pub". Was wondering if these rumours are doing the rounds..... 1. Latics have been sold and new owners are taking over. Corney is leaving. 2. Latics have applied for planning permission at a site other than Failsworth, much closer to the centre of Oldham (I don't want to reveal which one it is, for fear of scuppering this, in the unlikely event it is true). Anyone else heard same/similar over the last few days?

Roger Ritchie
I've heard a Danish businessman is looking for a new toy. Visited three clubs so far. Didn't like the price of a certain London one. Looked at one in the midlands one in northwest.

opinions4u
Rich Danes: Maersk Mc-Kinney Moller Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen Both worth in the £billions. No idea if the rumours are true. If they are true, no idea if they are Danes. If they are Danes, no idea if it's these filthy rich guys! (It's probably Scooby Doo) Edited November 9, 2010 by opinions4u
24hoursfromtulsehill
Is the IKEA bloke Danish? Near enough for this wild speculation. It's him. Definitely him. He's going to fit the stadium out with 15,000 units of Rolf and for the floodlights we'll be going with the standing lamp model with a post-modern twist - Agnetha. Diego_Sideburns
It could be the fairy tale we've been waiting to hear. Beware of Scandinavian fairy tales. Once upon a time a Norwegian consortium agreed to buy OAFC, but the 'consortium' was just nasty men acting as mythical creatures.

I have a clear strategy: 1. Convince Gunnar Halle to come out of retirement. 2. Get mixu paatelainen as (player) manager In return I will pay at least a tenner for the club, and sell chris Taylor to fund a big celebration piss up for the oasis lads. Happy days. 24hoursfromtulsehill
sell chris Taylor to fund a big celebration piss up for the oasis lads. Chris Taylor will only get us to midnight. The real fun will start only if we can get the Micah Richards sell-on cash.
