I might have that Phil, I'll have a root around - it's a full colour poster out of a magazine so it is folded in the middle. If it's any use I'll see what I can find, scan it in and email it to you...

Yep, found it Phil, I'll scan it in and put it on here if it's suitable i'll email it. I've also got a full colour picture of the 73-74 team too.

How the hell did Tony Hateley get front row, centre spot?

By the way what was his playing record?

Tony Hateley (Career: 210 goals in 429 League appearances) signed for Latics 13th July 1972 to May 1974.

Did not play in 1972/73 season.

Failed to recover from cartilage operation in October 1972.

Made his debut as sub v Wrexham 15th September 1973.

1973/74:

Appearances: 1

Sub appearances: 4

Goals: 1

I think 1973/74 was the season I went to Bournemouth and witnessed a certain Alan Groves take Latics apart, little did I think then he would become a Latics legend.

Probably the season before when we lost 0-2. I went down on the League Liner train!

In 73/4 we won 3-0.
