dave_ragg1984
The opening post said; I know all would prefer a stadium capacity of more than 10,000 within the Borough, but if thats out of the question whats your preference ? Lesson learnt... read the opening post!

Most businesses will be glad to make any sort of profit these next fews years Singe, Latics should lower their expectations and build on a smaller site, the land which is for sale near the Rifle Range would be ideal, it's about 10 acres In think with an hotel close by. How about about the Council turning Clayton playings fields into 3G pitches, it would initially cost money, but the rewards would soon be reaped in. A Town Green can be plastic can't it ? Ben1985
If I could have it the way I want it; 8000-10000 seater stadium with a conference/function room within the stadium along with 5/6 executive boxes inside that is located in the Oldham borough with 3G pitches dotted around the place, with a view to expand and fill in the corners of the stadium. A gymnasium on-site for the players and open to the public would be a good way to generate even more income too. It'll never happen though!
