bossrocks
booze? Maybe but how much do you think it costs to make a football shirt somewhere in the far east? I'll admit the profits are much higher for United shirts which can be made in huge quantities. Edited February 14, 2011 by bossrocks
Markoasis
we have the same home kit next season, we are due a new away kit. I wouldn't bank on it. Most clubs in the premiership change home kit every year (think only two didn't change this season) and quite a few in the Championship. How long before 1/2 div clubs folow suit ? i think more training and match kits would be sold if it was by nike or adidas. One of them get a rather large % of shirt sales i think.. can't remeber, Rochdale had nike few years back, think they've dropped them now, mate said they get a large % of shirt sales.. Not just shirt sales, but part of the deal is that they supply everything in the club shop from Chaddy dolls to flags. The club get a good pay out at the beginning, sweet FA afterwards. I suspect Dale lost out on lots ££££ when they got to Wembley because of the Nike deal.
Lookers_Carl
This seasons home kit will also be the home kit for the 2010/2011 season. The only time when we would get a new home kit after a year is if we change suppliers, which isnt going to happen as I believe the deal with carbrini runs out in 2012. PlayItLivo
sell them at £20 and club wont make much profit These :censored:e quality shirts the club bang out for £40 each probably cost an individual unit price of less than £1 to produce. Lookers_Carl
sell them at £20 and club wont make much profit Well not as much as what they make now but I think they would still be making close to 100 percent profit.
